Every system is engineered and manufactured by the team in Japan, then delivered, installed, and supported in the United States through Aquponi's authorized US representative.

Design & manufacture
Engineering in Yokohama
Design, sizing, and manufacture are done by the Japan engineering team. Systems are manufactured to the site's design before they ship.
Lead time
Lead time depends on system scale and site, and is confirmed at contract.
US delivery & installation
Delivery and installation
Aquponi's authorized US representative coordinates delivery, site preparation, and installation, working directly with the Japan engineering team.
Commissioning
Stocking and verification to a running state, with the engineering team on the project through handover.
Remote monitoring & support
The same data, both sides of the ocean
Water, fish, and crops are tracked around the clock, and the team in Yokohama watches the same data you do. Problems get flagged early.
After the first year
Monitoring and agronomy support continue past the first year. The arrangement is agreed with each operator.
Warranty & parts
Warranty
Equipment shipped to the United States is covered by a warranty set out in the project contract.
Parts and consumables
Replacement parts are supplied through the US representative.
Seed, growing media, feed, and stock are supplied through Aquponi on request.
